1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Autofiller ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Autofiller is a tool that generates and submits automated responses to online forms. The Service is intended solely for volume testing, load testing, and quality assurance purposes on forms that you own or are explicitly authorized to test.

3. Intended Use and User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for how you use the Service and for ensuring you have proper authorization.

Autofiller is designed and intended for:

• Testing form logic, branching, and section navigation at scale
• Load testing form infrastructure and response handling systems
• Quality assurance of downstream data pipelines and integrations
• Validating form behavior with various response patterns and volumes
• Testing forms that you own or have explicit written permission to test

You represent and warrant that you have obtained all necessary permissions and authorizations to submit responses to any form you use with the Service.

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Autofiller to:

• Submit responses to forms you do not own or are not explicitly authorized to test
• Skew, manipulate, or interfere with legitimate surveys, research, polls, or data collection
• Submit responses to forms for any fraudulent purpose or commercial advantage
• Violate any third party's terms of service, including Google's Terms of Service
• Engage in any activity that could harm, disable, or impair the Service or interfere with other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks connected to the Service
• Use the Service in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to investigate potential violations and may cooperate with law enforcement authorities regarding any suspected illegal or unauthorized use of the Service.

5. Accounts and Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account using either email/password or Google OAuth authentication. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Ensuring your account information is accurate and up to date

You may not share your account credentials or allow others to access your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Credits and Payment

Autofiller operates on a pay-as-you-go credit system. One credit is consumed for each successful form response submission.

• Free Daily Allowance: Each account receives 5 free response credits daily, refreshing at midnight UTC. Unused free credits do not carry over.
• Purchased Credits: You may purchase credit packs through our secure Stripe checkout. Credits are available immediately upon successful payment and do not expire.
• Reservations: When you start a batch, credits are reserved. Successful submissions consume reserved credits; failed submissions return unused credits to your balance.
• Signup Bonus: New accounts may receive a one-time bonus credit grant upon registration.

All credit purchases are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change. We will notify you of price changes before your next purchase.

7. Refunds Policy

Credit purchases are generally non-refundable. However, we may provide refunds at our discretion in cases of:

• Technical errors that prevented purchased credits from being properly credited to your account
• Service outages or failures that prevented you from using purchased credits
• Duplicate charges or billing errors

Credits consumed for successful response submissions are not refundable. If a batch fails or you cancel a batch, unused reserved credits are automatically returned to your balance.

To request a refund, contact us at support@autofiller.co with your transaction details and reason for the request. Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.

8. Service Availability and Modifications

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time
• Impose limits on features or restrict access to parts of the Service
• Change pricing, credit packs, or free allowances with reasonable notice

We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes via email or dashboard announcements.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.

We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements, operate without interruption, be secure or error-free, or that defects will be corrected. You use the Service at your sole risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AUTOFILLER, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICE EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Autofiller and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third party rights, including Google's Terms of Service
• Your unauthorized use of forms or misrepresentation of your authorization

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, including if:

• You violate these Terms or our acceptable use policies
• We suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• We are required to do so by law or legal process

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

When you delete your account, our database immediately removes your account, authentication data, credit wallet, batch history, and related personal data. We retain anonymized financial transaction records and audit logs for our record keeping — these contain no personal information after anonymization and are kept indefinitely for financial reconciliation and operational purposes. Third-party services (Stripe, Resend, PostHog) retain their own records under their own data retention policies, which we do not control.

Termination does not remove responses that have already been submitted to forms through the Service.

13. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services including Google OAuth (for sign-in), Stripe, and others. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or policies of third-party services.

14. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Autofiller and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service, including form URLs and answer preferences. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use this content solely to provide the Service to you.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by:

• Posting the updated Terms with a new "Last updated" date
• Sending an email notification to your registered email address
• Displaying a notice when you next access the Service

Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Service.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts located in [Jurisdiction].
